Who is Always GetAway?

Always Getaway is partnered with the best hotels and resorts around the world. Our relationships allow us to provide vacation packages to the best destinations at wholesale prices.

In exchange for receiving these great rates, our qualified guests agree to participate in a resort  presentation during their stay .

What happens next after we purchase one of your vacations?

After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email for your vacation getaway.

Our  customer service department is available for our customers, before,  during,  and after their vacation,

What happens if I don´t have travel dates?

Our customers have a 12 month booking window after their date of purchase.

Who do we call when we have travel dates?

Contact our reservation department and they will complete your booking confirmation.

Can we add additional nights to our vacation package?

Absolutely! Staying extra nights is available at a discounted rate for our customers.

What do we do if we have more family members?

Please contact us to get information about the cost for additional family members.

What do we do if we have less family members?

The resort accommodation we offer have enough room for up to 4 people on average. If you have less members in your party, then you enjoy more space!

How long do we have after we've purchased?

You have a 12 month window from the date of purchase to select your travel dates.

What are the resort fees and taxes?

The resort fees and taxes are government fees collected by the resort once you get to your destination.

What is a resort presentation?

Each resort requires a presentation during your stay. The presentation can last from  60-120 minutes approximately. There is no obligation to purchase anything, but attendance is required.

During the presentation, our customers are shown the resort’s member benefits and amenities.

Can more than one family travel at the same time?

Unfortunately, more than one family traveling together do not qualify for this discounted vacation package.

Do we need a passport?

If you are traveling outside the United States, you do need a passport.

We recommend that you contact the U.S. Department of State to provide your passport documents. Visit www.passports.state.gov

How do I qualify?

Our resort partners each have their own eligibility requirements.
